We welcome the participation of community non-profits, arts, crafts, merchandise and food vendors to participate in Spirit Valley Days. Information and forms are available below.
Non-Profit Fun(d) Raisers!!
The West Duluth Business Club’s Spirit Valley Days Committee would like to support local non-profit organizations and also provide a variety of activities for those attending the event (especially children). Your organization is invited to use Spirit Valley Days as an opportunity to generate awareness and/or raise funds. For consideration of a full or partial waiver of vendor fees, download and complete the non-profit fee waiver application.
Vendors (Arts, Crafts & Miscellaneous Merchandise)
The Vendor category applies to all vendors except food booths. Please download and fill out the following form, mail it in either including a check or use PayPal.
Food vendors require a separate application from all other vendors. Fees vary depending on the amount of power required. Download the vendor application below. Fill it out and send it in, either with your payment included via check, or choose your voltage requirement from below to pay online through PayPal. We have also included a link to the MN Dept. of Revenue Form ST19 for convenience.

Set up for all vendors will be divided into two groups. Food vendors will setup first from 8:00 am – Noon. All other vendors will set up between Noon and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3rd.
